Liberty Virtual Office ("Liberty) is a the combination of a professional office and mail service location. You are able to rent a personal mailbox here and give your business a creditable address. We offer mail services for as low as $49.99 a month. Mail can be received at your Liberty address and we will either hold it for pick up, forward the mail to you, or scan and send then we also are able to shred your unwanted mail. Meeting facilities are also available for rent. 

A virtual office can be used by anyone. Some companies, when just starting up are unable to afford costly office space. A virtual office is an effective way to get your business presence built while you're still expanding. In this way, you are able to determine if a physical presence is even necessary. Virtual Offices are great for contracters and other professions that don't necessarily need a physical office, and most of the work is done "in the field", our office serves as a great meeting place and somewhere to retreive physical mail.

Mail or packages received are stored in your mailbox or in one of our parcel lockers. We notify you that you have received a package and you may come pick it up. Yes! We have 2 furnished office/meeting rooms. These can be rented as needed for a few hours or a whole day. We also offer monthly packages for 10 hours a month or 20 hours a month for more frequent usage. The packages offer a discount on the hourly rates. Our Cyprus Room holds 1-6 while our larger Tuscany holds 1-8. 

You can close or cancel your account at anytime. You will need to notify us of your intent to cancel. We recommend you inform any clients of your moving and provide them with your new address. You will also need to remove our address from any promotional or advertising materials. You will also need to update your address on any DBA's, tax documents etc so that you will not miss any important mail during the transition.
